A Duke University graduate, HannahRose found her passion for physical therapy through her younger sister’s battle with brain cancer. She witnessed, first hand, the disparities that lie in healthcare: rushed appointments, poor bedside manner, lack of appropriate explanations of treatment, etc. There were many times that she felt her sister was just a number and it ignited her passion to change that for others. HannahRose’s sister, HeatherAnne passed away in 2014, and since then she has been honoring her memory by providing a safe space for patients where they feel comfortable and are able to succeed.

HannahRose feels that knowledge is power, especially when it comes to your health. But, with so much misinformation and fear mongering on the internet, she felt the need to create a space to share accurate, evidence-based information that people could trust, and so @hannahrosedpt was born.

HannahRose has been working with the pelvic floor and sports medicine population for 5 years and is fully trained and certified to treat all pelvic floor conditions for both men and women. HannahRose is also certified in dry-needling.
